Recently we watched a musical called "Treasure Hunt". We had lots of fun, because we were even able to be part of the play by giving clues. But let's start from the beginning:

In January 2022 all students in grades 5 and 6 watched the play in our big auditorium. On the big stage there was just a small backdrop, because the play didn‘t need much space. The first scene showed a countryside and a bus. The two actors were playing three roles. The actor played a person called Joe. The actress played a student called Becky and the teacher of Joe and Becky called Mrs. Smith.

Joe and Becky‘s school class is on a school trip. They are on a treasure hunt in teams of two. After finishing all tasks and finding all clues, Joe cheats on Becky because he wants to be the only winner. But Mrs. Smith says that it is a team challenge and he can only win together with Becky. In the end Joe is sorry for what he did and apologises to Becky.

After the show the students had the chance to ask questions and learn something about the actors.
